The Photography Process

Sooooooo, we gotcha' hooked on our studio, huh?! Now, it's time to share our studio process and getcha' scheduled! How Do I Schedule My Appointment?

Our studio is opened Monday-Saturday, 10-5. We accept Evening Appointments and the occasional Sunday Appointments. Your Studio Session Fee pays for our photographer's time and is required to schedule and reserve your appointment (V, MC, or Debit). Our session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment needs to be changed for any given reason.

What do I Bring to My Session?

You may bring a variety of clothing and specialty items to your photography appointment. We suggest visiting the appropriate session information section, gallery, and slideshow for some great suggestions. Have a creative idea you would like us to try?? Feel free to bring your ideas and specialty items to help us create what you have in mind!

Attend Your Portrait Session!

We know that you're busy- don't worry, we'll remind you of your appointment! Our studio will confirm your appointment 2 days in advance. If we are unable to reach you, please contact our studio to confirm! It is important to arrive at your appointment on time to ensure that everybody receives the time they need for their sessions!! We will do our very best to remain on schedule providing you with an exceptional experience! If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please give our studio plenty of notice (more than 48 Hours) to avoid our $25 cancellation and rescheduling fee.

Your Viewing Appointment!

We've taken all of your portraits...now you want to see them, right?! We want nothing but the best for you...so, before you view your photos, we retouch and process your photographs providing finished professional portraits at your appointment. We will begin by presenting all of your portraits in a DVD Musical Presentation on our big screen and then shown all of your portraits. We will go through all of our pricing information, you will make your selections, place your order, and make payment (V, MC, Debit, Check, Cash). We will ship your order by Priority Mail within 2-4 weeks.

NOTE: Need to split up your order payment?? Ask about and register for our Payment Plan Option! You will receive your order when the last payment has been received.

General Guidelines:

Our photography studio is based upon an appointment system allowing us to tailor all sessions and viewing appointments for every client. As a courtesy to our studio, we ask that you please respect our time and the clientele that have scheduled their appointments after yours as well. When customers cancel their appointments without significant notice or arrive late, we are unable to provide the necessary time needed for their photo and viewing appointments.

In order to provide a variety of dates and times for everybody, we require our customers to attend their sessions without any cancellations. Due to the nature of our business, if you cancel you appointment without proper notice (48 Hours minimum), you will forfeit your appointment and will be required to pay a $25 rescheduling fee.

If personal scheduling conflicts arise, please contact our studio to modify your appointment ASAP to allow us enough time to refill your session spot and reschedule a new session with a date and time that will work best for you.You appointment will be confirmed 2 days before you session. If we are unable to reach you, please contact our studio to confirm your appointment!

We understand that circumstances arise, and our policy may be modified under these extreme cases which will be evaluated at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to modify or cancel you appointment, you will have to do this within a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment or a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged. Session Fees are required upon scheduling and if you schedule and cancel you appointment without wanting to reschedule, your session fee is NON-refundable but may be used later on for any segment without expiration. If a personal scheduling conflict arises and rescheduling is completed within 48 Hours, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee or forfeit your initial session fee.
